Jing is the Director of Investments at Crown Realty Partners, where she leads real estate investment underwriting and transaction execution with a primary focus on office assets. Prior to that, Jing worked at LaSalle Investment Management where she focused on investment work on office, retail, multi-family, industrial, and development. Earlier in her career, Jing held roles at Cushman & Wakefield and JLL, where she delivered a wide range of valuation and consulting services for institutional and private clients.

Jing holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Toronto Metropolitan University and is a designated member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AACI).

Daiana is a Global Real Estate Investments Analyst at TD Asset Management, where she supports real estate investment strategy, development, and asset management across institutional portfolios. She previously held a Commercial Mortgage Investments Analyst role at Atrium MIC. Daiana graduated from McGill University with a major in Economics and Finance.

Ali is a Manager of Development at RBI, where he is responsible for new store development for Tim Hortons in Western Canada. Prior to this, he worked on Tim Hortons Eastern Canada portfolio of existing restaurants and also worked on the landlord side in retail asset management. Ali is a member of CPA Ontario and has experience in corporate finance and accounting, as well as audit at a Big 4 firm.

Renzo is an Associate at Cadillac Fairview, focused on financial underwriting and development strategy for large-scale mixed-use projects across Canada. He has supported over $4B in development opportunities, contributing to investment decisions, capital allocation, and portfolio performance, and has helped secure Investment Committee and Board approvals for over $120M in equity commitments. Renzo holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Management and a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

KD Dao is Co-founder & COO of Ryna, a next generation rental provider for modern women & inclusive minded allies. Prior to founding Ryna, she held the Associate position at LaSalle Investment Management’s Asset Management and Acquisition teams. Prior to joining LaSalle Investment Management, Karen has previous experience as an analyst for Shell Canada, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University.

Max Harada holds the position of Manager, Real Estate Investments at PSP Investments, covering the acquisition process as well as asset and partner management. Prior to joining PSP Investments, Max was a Manager at QuadReal Property Group with a focus on Investments & Development and a Senior Analyst with a focus on opportunistic lending strategies at CMLS Financial. Max holds an Honours Bachelor of Economics and Financial Management degree from Sir Wilfrid Laurier University and is a CFA® charterholder.

Catherine Price is an associate on the Real Estate Investment team at Fengate Asset Management where she provides underwriting, financial/analytical and due diligence support for the team. She was previously a financial analyst at Avison Young in the Capital Markets Group for four years, where she was involved in over $1 billion of sales. Prior to Avison Young, she worked at PriceWaterhouse Coopers in the assurance department. Catherine holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Major in Finance, with distinction from Dalhousie University.
