Please join us as we discuss CRE trends set to impact our upcoming year:
Will the disruption of traditional real estate continue to dominate headlines? Can demonstrably strong real estate fundamentals absorb an increase in interest rates as the wider economy continues to perform? Does capital continue to flood the market or do transaction volumes subside?
We will answer these questions sending you into another year well-prepared and well-informed.
The manner in which space is developed and used in commercial and residential real estate is rapidly changing, and owners, managers and developers have been forced to prepare and adapt accordingly.
